We offer the best sous vide cookers in the world, but if you’re not completely satisfied, they offer a 100-day, no-questions-asked money back guarantee. To qualify for a full refund, you must:

Purchased your cookware directly from konomi.store within the last 100 days

Have the original order number or email used at the time of purchase

A full refund can only be offered within 100 days of purchase directly from konomi.store. Cookware purchased through a dealer, retail partner or other website is not eligible for return and full refund. Please check their return policy for more information. We cannot offer a full refund for any damage to the equipment that is not covered by our warranty.

We offer the best sous vide cooking in the world, with several different options. Retail exchanges are eligible within 100 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible to exchange, you must:

Purchased your cookware directly from konomi.store within the last 100 days

Have the original order number or email used at the time of purchase

Retail exchanges are only available within 100 days of purchase directly from konomi.store. Cookware purchased through a dealer, retail partner or other website does not qualify for the Retail Exchange. Please check their exchange policy for more information. We are unable to provide retail exchange for any damage caused by the equipment which is not covered by our warranty.

Warranty replacement

We offer the best sous vide cooking in the world and they all come with a two (2) year warranty. Warranty replacements are valid for two years after the original purchase date. To qualify for a warranty replacement, you must:

Purchased this product within the past two years

Have the original order number or email or proof of purchase used during the purchase. If purchased through a distributor, retail partner or other website, a copy of the original receipt must be provided

Warranty replacements are only available within 2 years of the original purchase date. We cannot provide warranty replacement for damaged equipment not covered by warranty.

The freight

Shipping charges related to returns, replacements or warranty replacements are paid by konomi.store through a prepaid waybill issued by the support team.

Damaged and defective items

If you receive damaged or defective products, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please note that if we do not provide an exact replacement for your unit, we will replace it with a similar unit of equal or higher value.
